People do business with people because they choose to not because they have to. We can always find others doing the same thing or selling the same product, it’s the personal connection that makes the difference.

  1. I think the personal touch is the most important aspect. Finding a supplier that knows what they are doing and do it well can make up for higher prices any day. I like some of the smaller “boutique” companies because they offer a personal touch that can’t get from the big guys.
