Roadster Unbound: do a kickflip
Yesterday’s Tesla Roadster unveil looked so unbelievable, so much like science fiction, that I had to turn it into a quick game.
So here is Roadster Unbound: a silver Roadster, a midnight proving ground, and a ramp that goes past vertical.
Play in your browser Play Roadster Unbound → Drive the wall, fire the thrusters and do a kickflip. Desktop or mobile, no download needed.
Drive up the wall, fire the cold-gas thrusters and take off. Suction fans keep the tires attached even when you stop on the overhang. Switch to flight mode and hover around, leaving trails of white steam beneath the car.
The important button is K. It does a kickflip, complete with the “Do a kickflip!” voice clip. There is also a crowd to cheer when you land on the ground.
It runs in the browser with Three.js, on desktop or with touch controls on your phone. No download or account needed.
On a keyboard: WASD to drive, Shift to boost, F to fly, Space to rise and Ctrl to descend. K deserves another mention.
